Saturday April 16th, 2-5 pm: Fantastic wild edibles. Learn how to cook with delicious wild foods such as fiddlehead ferns, ramps and dandelion greens.
Saturday May 21st, 2-5 pm: Feasting on asparagus, rhubarb and spring greens. Our local offerings may be limited but the possibilities for cooking these delicious spring items are endless.
Saturday June 18th, 2-5 pm: Early summer favorites. Strawberries, baby beets, garlic scapes, spring onions and a wide variety of exciting greens and herbs will be our palate for creating delicious, healthy dishes.
Saturday July 16th, 2-5 pm: Things really start heating up with local produce! An abundance of flavors and colors get our creative juices flowing.
Saturday August 20th, 2-5 pm: Raw foods: and un-cooking class. Learn how to prepare local produce in its simplest, most nutritious form.
